Admiral Norman Hayes (ret.) Joins SBG Technology Solutions to Grow National Security and Intelligence Capabilities

Admiral Hayes will spearhead all efforts on intelligence and cyber security and serve as a principal advisor to our customers.
From senior leadership roles in naval intelligence, Admiral Hayes serves as SBG’s lead expert on national security, cyber security, and intelligence strategy. Admiral Hayes maintains close relationships with the national and naval intelligence community and serves as the President of the Naval Intelligence Professionals Organization. Additionally, he serves on the Board of Governors for New Westminster College.
Admiral Hayes is an experienced international, national and regional strategist, integrator, and analyst who has served at the highest levels of U.S national and international agencies. Admiral Hayes has served at the National Security Agency (NSA), Office of Naval Intelligence, Defense Intelligence Agency, and U.S. Special Operations Command. He possess exceptional skills in building trust across international teams, articulating a common vision, and building strategic execution models to achieve successful outcomes.
