SBG Technology Solutions is proud to announce that our president and CEO, Carlos Del Toro, has been elected Vice President of the White House Fellows Foundation and Association. In that role, he will be coordinating numerous activities, primarily leading the coordination of the White House Fellows Annual Leadership Conference.

Carlos Del Toro served as a White House Fellow from 1998-1999. He was assigned as Special Assistant to the Honorable Jack Lew and Sylvia Matthews who were the Director and Deputy Director of the Office of Management and Budget (OMB), and today serve as Secretary of the Treasury and Health and Human Services respectively.

In his role at OMB., Carlos Del Toro helped manage budgets for DoD, STATE, CIA, DIA, NRO, Export-Import and World Banks, UN accounts, the Office of the US Trade Representative, the Overseas Private Investment Corporation, and the Peace Corps. Carlos also assisted in the development of the “Hurricane Mitch” Emergency Supplemental Inter-Agency Task Force and worked closely on the development of the Kosovo Supplemental Bill for DoD and DoS. He staffed major military and economic policy issues, and met frequently with senior leaders from many segments of society. Also as a Fellow, Carlos coordinated closely with staffs in the Executive Office of the President (EOP) and Congress, and participated in the development of numerous community, media, and congressional roll out events.

Today, after a 27 year Navy Career, Carlos Del Toro serves as President and CEO of SBG Technology Solutions, one of the fastest growing IT service providers in the United States. INC 500 featured SBG in its 2010 and 2011 listings of the fastest growing small businesses and ranked SBG in the top 20 of government service providers in 2011.
