ALEXANDRIA, Va., August 07, 2017 – SBG Technology Solutions, Inc. is now providing ongoing support to the Defense Intelligence Agency’s (DIA) Chief Information Office (CIO) leadership team, stakeholders, and the DIA workforce through strategic communication, data analytics, and marketing support efforts. Our strategic and operational level support includes a wide breadth of services such as speech writing for internal and external engagements; communication plan development; facilitation of CIO leadership and workforce town halls; CIO website portal improvement; subject matter article development and publication, and the creation of promotional and marketing materials in support of CIO initiatives. Located on-site at CIO headquarters, the contracting team regularly interfaces with the CIO, Deputy CIO, and senior leadership, and coordinates communication and marketing approaches across DIA directorates.
One of SBG’s primary support functions for the DIA CIO includes collaboratively planning, supporting, and managing the annual Department of Defense Intelligence Information System (DoDIIS) Worldwide Conference. This year’s conference, being held in St. Louis, Missouri, from August 14 – 16, will feature more than 2,000 participants and 300 exhibits from government, civilian, military and industry partners. SBG’s planning and support for the conference begins nearly a year in advance through capability development, site visits, and interfacing with leadership across the Intelligence Community and International Partners. The SBG Communications Support Team is responsible for scheduling and organizing dozens of plenary speaker invitations, government and industry breakout panel sessions; writing speeches for senior DIA officials; assisting with exhibition booth presentations; coordinating on-site security with plenary speakers’ teams, and augmenting logistical support for the conference.
The CIO’s role continues to grow in significance and scope as DIA transforms into a digital enterprise and adapts to rapidly changing technology, all while maintaining support to thousands of customers across the globe.
