The purpose of this acquisition from the Space and Missile Systems Center (SMC) Military Satellite Communications (MILSATCOM) Systems Directorate (SMC/MC) is to provide Systems Engineering, Integration and Test (SEIT), under a contract called MILSATCOM SEIT (MSEIT), to continue to increase the interoperability and efficiency of all directorate and program systems engineering capabilities, to support the creation of program system definitions and technical baselines, to support development of end products, and to standardize and streamline engineering processes and products across SMC/MC (hereafter MILSATCOM or the Directorate)).
