As SBG’s Director of Talent Acquisition, Pamela brings more than 30 years of progressive experience in the human resources field supporting large and small commercial businesses and federal contracting firms. Pamela is responsible for hiring, metrics reporting, retention, veteran relations, university relations, Diversity & Inclusion, and overall management of SBG’s strategic recruiting and talent acquisition process.

Expertise

Pamela is an accomplished leader in human resources management and has directly and indirectly supported more than 14 Federal, DoD, and DoD/IC agencies within multi-site global organizations, and medium to small business with 100, and up to 230,000 employees. Pamela had the pleasure of supporting a Judge Advocate General’s Corps (JAGC) officer while serving in the US Army/ARNG as a Human Resources Specialist for 9.5 years.

Pamela holds a Master’s of Science degree in Management, with a focus in Human Resources management from University of Maryland Global Campus.
